• 16: First fall 2026 financial aid disbursement 
• 17: Fall short-term loans available 
• 24: Fall instruction begins 

September 2026

• 7: Labor Day (no classes, university holiday) 
• 4: 10^th Day – deadline to drop or reduce semester hours and receive refund if reducing assessment range for ALL students 
• 5: Official fall enrollment information transmitted to NSC for processing to NSLDS to provide loan deferment if applicable. Notification to federal loan providers should occur within 2 – 3 weeks. 
• 28: Fall bills due

October 2026

• 1: Deadline for submission of 2026-2027 Children of Veterans Tuition Waiver applications 
• 1: 2027-2028 FAFSA available

November 2026

• 5: Priority deadline for 2027-2028 Child of Veterans Tuition Waiver applications 
• 10: First disbursement for spring 2027 term 
• 11: Spring short-term loans available 
• 15: Last day of instruction and final exams for winter term courses 
• 18: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (no classes, university holiday) 
• 19: First day spring classes 
• 28: Tuition payment due for winter term charges

February 2027
